We also provide advice and assistance to our clients, and we prepare corporate documents, contracts, and other instruments, with respect to a wide variety of business and corporate events and transactions, such as corporation organization and management, employment, distribution, licensing and other arrangements, public and private securities issuances, mergers and reorganizations, and collateral pledges and assignments.
